1. PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE

This website is provided for informational, promotional, fundrasing, recruitment, and community-engagement purpose related to the independent SCAD student capstone film Shootout.

Information presented on the site may change as the project develops.

2. PERMITTED USE

You may view and share links to publicly available pages for personal and informational purposes.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit website content without permission.
Download or redistribute non-downloadable materials.
Attempt to interfere with the website's operation or security
Misrepresent an affiliation with Shootout, its filmmakers, partners, cast, or crew.
Use website materials to imply sponsorship, endorsement, employment, or participation without authorization.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERY

Shootout is the title of an independent produced SCAD student capstone film.

The Shootout screen play and related written story materials are owned by Allsion Majka, unless otherwise provided in written agreement.

Original website text, layout, organization, and design were created by Kyanne Hodgson.

The Atlanta Ice Dragons logo was designer by Kami Cooper, the films Production Designer and Graphic Designer.

Individual photographs, artwork, videos, music, fonts, stock media, platform features, and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners and may be used under license or with permission.

4. SCREENPLAY ACCESS

The Shootout screenplay is not publicly licensed for copying, adaption, performance, production redistribution, or commercial use.

Access to the full screenplay may be made available through the "Spoil the Ending" paid access option offered on this website. Purchasing access grants the purchaser a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view the screenplay for private, non-commercial purpose only.

Purchase of screenplay access does not transfer ownership, copyright, licensing rights, production rights, adaptation rights, or any other intellectual property right in the screenplay or Shootout.

The screenplay may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, photographed, screen-recorded, republished, shared, distributed, transmitted, or otherwise made available to another person without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.

Due to the nature of screenplay access, purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Access may be suspended or revoked if these Terms are violated.

5. FICTIONAL CONTENT

The Atlanta Ice Dragons, Conye Cup, characters, teams, organizations, league elements, and related events depicted in Shootout are fictional.

Shootout is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the PWHL, any PWHL teams, or any professional hockey league, team, players', association, or governing organization unless specifically stated.

6. PRODUCTION INFROMATION

Cast, crew, partnerships, production dates, filming locations, fundraising goals, open positions, and other project details may change.

Information shown on the website does not constitute a confirmed job offer, contract, guaranteed production credit, final filming schedule, or promise of participation unless separately confirmed in writing by an authorized member of the production.

7. DONATIONS AND FUNDRASING

Donations and fundraising transaction may be processed through GiveButter or another third-party platform.

Transactions made through an outside platform are also subject to that platform's terms, privacy policies, payment procedures, and refund policies.

Unless specifically agreed to in writing, a donation or contribution does not provide ownership, profit participation, employment, creative control, production credit or other rights to Shootout.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

This website may contain links to third-party services and websites, including Instagram, GiveButter, Google Forms, professional portfolios, and partner websites

We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, accuracy, or privacy practices.

The presence of a link does not necessarily indicate an official partnership endorsement.

9. FORMS, MASSAGES, AND SUBMISSIONS

By submitting a contact form, screenplay request, application, portfolio, message, or other materials through the website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to submit it.

Submitting materials does not automatically create a confidential, contractual, employment, partnership, or professional relationship with the production.

Please do not submit confidential scripts, concepts, or other creative materials unless you have been specifically requested by the production team.

10. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND ACCURACY

We work to keep the website accurate and available, be we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

This website may be updated, changed, suspended, or removed at any time.

11. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

To the extent permitted by law, the filmmakers, website creator, cast, crew, and production contributors are not responsible for losses resulting from:

Reliance on outdated or incomplete website information.
Temporary website interruptions.
Third-party websites or services.
