We're excited to be connecting with You Can Play as Shootout continues through pre-production.

You Can Play ensures safety and inclusion for LGBTQIA+ people through sports, making their work especially meaningful to a film rooted in women's hockey and centered around the relationship between Nicole Blackwell and Fiona Salo-Blackwell.

Connecting with organizations and people already doing meaningful work within the hockey community has been an important part of building Shootout beyond the production itself.

We're grateful for You Can Play's support of the project and excited to continue working with them as we get closer to bringing Shootout to the screen.

More to come!
